1. PLAN

Your project begins with a discussion of your requirements and how best to meet your goals. With that information a proposal is developed and refined into a project contract which then serves as the blueprint for the project.

2. DEVELOP

The first step of the development process is to collect and/or create project assets. Then design begins with review points leading to a final design. Once the design is finalized programming and integration begin bringing function to the design.

3. DEPLOY

Launching a web site, flash demo or email campaign requires careful planning and consideration. We manage all service provider accounts and coordinate with all parties involved to make the process smooth and successful.

4. PROMOTE

Soon after or in conjunction with the deployment phase we enlist the services of web marketing specialists and/or industry standard web services to help you promote your project or site and measure the activity of visitors to your web site.

5. MAINTAIN

After your project is completed we provide support to ensure everything continues to run smoothly and quick updates so your information is kept up to date in a timely manner. We also provide guidance for clients who choose to maintain some or all aspects of their web site or email campaign.

Scheduling

We encourage clients to contact us as early as possible about a potential project. Included in each project proposal is an estimated starting and completion time frame.

Billing

Once a project contract is signed of we require an initial deposit of 1/3 to 1/2 of project estimate. The remaining balance will be billed as the project proceeds with final payment due upon delivery and completion of the project. Clients will then be required to either reduce project scope/requirements or approve potential project cost increase.
