POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Metschan Media provides independent contract web site design, development, marketing, management and maintenance services. We are committed to providing the best service and solutions for our clients and are well known for meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Once a project contract is agreed to the project proceeds in separate phases in a pay as you go process. Clients are free to cancel services at any time during the process but will be subject to our cancellation policy as indicated below.


Scheduling

We encourage clients to contact us as early as possible about a potential project. The more advance notice we have the better prepared we can be for the planning phase and the better chance of delivering within the requested time frame. Included in each project proposal is an estimated starting and completion time frame each with a 20% estimate range.

Billing

We bill clients on a time and resources basis every one to two weeks. Each project proposal includes a cost estimate with a 20% cost range as the actual cost it takes to complete a project can vary.

Project Cancellation Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Any unpaid services rendered prior to project cancellation will be billed on a time and materials basis at current hourly rates.


Current Hourly Rates

Our rates reflect the experience and level of professionalism that are required to produce quality custom work and provide a dependable level of customer service. They fall between those of independent freelancers and traditional agencies.
